Letting conditions
The renting period is usually one or several weeks (Saturday to Saturday).
Hand over hours on agreement.
The rent for one week is CHF 1'050.00 during the summer resp. winter high season and CHF 910.00 during the rest of the year.
A discount of 10% is given for two and more weeks’ rent.
There is a service charge of CHF 75.00 per week for electricity, water, heating, internet, cot, car parking space.
The final cleaning amounts to CHF 160.00 and is carried out by a local cleaning team at the end of the holiday.
Visitors’ and accommodation taxes are CHF 4.00 per night for adults and CHF 1.50 per night for children between 6 and 16 years (prices subject to change) and will be charged together with the service charge and final cleaning costs before departure.
Kitchen-towels are provided free of charge.
Bed linen and bathroom towels can be rented on site (CHF 15.00 per bed set / CHF 7.00 per towel set)
Pets are subject to negotiation.
